Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

ITEM DID NOT ARRIVE

If your order has not arrived after the stated delivery timeframe, or if it arrives damaged, please contact us immediately.

All claims must be made within 7 days from the delivery date shown on your tracking information.

RETURN YOUR ITEM

  • Products must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order
  • Products must be unused, with original tags attached
  • Refunds will be processed within 7 days after we receive your returned item
  • Please allow an additional 5–7 days for the refund to appear in your bank account
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
